Meet & Greet FAQs
  • Q. What is Meet and Greet airport valet parking?

    A. This is an airport car parking service where you drive your own car to the airport, a chauffeur driver collects the car and drives it to a secure car park. Once you return from your trip, your car is returned at the arrivals terminal.

  • Q. What is the procedure for dropping off and collecting cars?

    A. You call us approximately 30 minutes before your expected arrival at the terminal. Our chauffeur will then drive the car to our secure compound. Once you return back to Heathrow, you need to call us after collecting your baggage. Our chauffeur will return your car at the designated meeting point.

  • Q. Where are the meet and greet meeting points at Heathrow Airport?

    A. Each terminal has a designated meeting area. You will receive the exact details of the meeting point in the confirmation email once your booking is completed.

  • Q. How do I make a booking?

    A. Bookings can be made online via our secure online payment page.

  • Q. What happens if my flight times change or I need to amend a booking?

    A. You can call our office or email our customer service team regarding any changes to your booking.

  • Q. Which payment methods are available?

    A. We accept most of the credit and debit cards. Alternatively customer can pay directly by PayPal.

  • Q. How can I cancel or amend my booking?

    A. You can call our office or email our customer service team regarding any changes to your booking. Please note we operate 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • Q. What do I put in the promo code field?

    A. Bluebird parking runs regular promotions to reward their customers. If you have our promo code, you can type in and benefit from our offers. If you do not have one, do not worry, you can leave it blank.

  • Q. How do I become a member?

    A. To become a member and get the best possible prices click on the Members tab at the top of the page and then click the register link on the next page displayed.

  • Q. What benefits are available for members?

    A. All of our members get 10% discount on every booking. We run regular promotions for our members and our members can benefit from those exclusive offers.

  • Q. What information do I need for register as a member?

    A. Customer only needs to provide their personal data pertaining to a booking. (E.g. name, address, email and mobile number)

  • Q. Do you store my credit card details?

    A. Customers are not asked their credit cards details to become a member.

  • Q. How secure are my personal details?

    A. Customers personal information is fully secure on our website and we do not share our customer’s information with any third party.
