Departure

You can drive your vehicle to your departing terminal at the designated meeting point, our chauffeur will meet and greet you and collect your vehicle and confirm any last minutes changes/return flight and date, and then our fully insured chauffeur will drive your vehicle to our secure car park.
(Note: please call 30 minutes ahead of your arrival at the terminal)

Arrival

On your arrival our chauffeur will return your car at your designated meeting point at the terminal. We monitor all the arriving flights for any delays or early arrivals so you can relax on your flight as we make sure you will collect your vehicle on time.
(Note: please call when you collect your luggage/ Customers only with hand luggage can call on their arrival)

Heathrow Terminal 1

Heathrow Terminal 2

After exiting the tunnel please follow the signs to Terminal 2 short stay car park. You will enter the car park on Level 4. On entry, use the ramp on the left and go down to Level 2 of the car park. Follow Off airport parking. You can park in Rows A or B and our driver will meet and greet you.

Heathrow Terminal 3

After exiting the tunnel please follow the signs to Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach closer to the terminal follow the signs to Valet Parking. Please pull up in the lane and our driver will meet and greet you. Please avoid parking directly outside the BAA Valet Parking office.

Heathrow Terminal 4

Follow the signs to the Terminal 4 Departures. Pull up in the lane A, which is furthest lane away from the terminal you can park there and our driver will meet and greet you.

Heathrow Terminal 5

Follow the signs to T5 Departures keep right then follow signs for Short-Stay passenger pick-up. Once you have passed the height restriction barrier keep left using the fast track lane this will take you to level four, Follow off Airport Parking Area and park in rows R - S and our driver will meet and greet you.
